Key Responsibilities
- Perform clinical assessments and determine patient needs and appropriateness of care
- Manage a patient caseload through our digital platform while maintaining consistent patient communication
- Support positive clinical outcomes through patient engagement and evidence-based care
- Deliver virtual physical therapy services for patients with lymphatic disorders
- Complete documentation including evaluations, progress notes, and clinical records in a timely manner
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality and continuity of care
- Develop and modify treatment plans based on ongoing patient assessment
- Participate in required training and continuing education initiatives
Ideal Candidate Qualifications
- Florida Physical Therapist license in good standing
- 1–2 years of clinical experience treating patients with lymphatic disorders preferred
- Experience or interest in Digital Health / telehealth preferred
- Strong technical proficiency and comfort navigating multiple platforms
- Excellent communication and patient engagement skills
- Adaptable, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a virtual environment
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with high standards of care
