Role: Voice Actor Prompt Writer (Remote) Location: Remote (Work from Anywhere) Payout: $15 - $35/hour Role Overview: We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Voice Actor Prompt Writer to work on a contractor basis. In this role, you will craft high-quality, context-rich prompts designed to guide voice actors in training next-generation AI voice systems. Your work will directly influence how AI models learn tone, emotion, and clarity in voice-based interactions across industries such as finance, healthcare, and engineering.

• No prior AI experience is required — your ability to write expressive, purposeful scripts for voice performance is what matters. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the development of cutting-edge AI agents using your storytelling and scripting expertise. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, write, and refine voice actor prompts tailored for AI agent projects, ensuring alignment with project goals and character specifications.
• Collaborate with AI engineers, voice actors, and project managers to translate creative direction into clear, actionable scripting guidelines.
• Research and analyze voice acting techniques to design prompts optimized for emotional delivery, character consistency, and contextual accuracy.
• Iterate on prompt effectiveness based on user feedback and performance metrics to enhance AI voice response quality.
• Maintain clear documentation of prompt versions, rationale, and improvements for team alignment and scalability.
• Uphold best practices in tone, clarity, and engagement across diverse voice scenarios and use cases.
• Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Native-level fluency in English with exceptional writing clarity and precision for script-based communication.
• Strong background in scriptwriting, dialogue creation, or voice acting coaching with a focus on emotional expression and character portrayal.
• Ability to interpret creative direction and technical requirements into well-structured, reusable voice prompts.
• Experience in collaborating with creative or technical teams to refine content based on iterative feedback.
• Familiarity with AI training workflows or content creation platforms is beneficial but not required.
