Volunteer Case File Coordinator

Role Overview We are seeking a highly organised and detail‑oriented Case File Coordinator to ensure that clinical information is accurately captured, maintained, and shared across our team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting effective case management by transcribing clinical communications and MDT outcomes into electronic patient files, maintaining clear and well‑structured documentation, and ensuring that all records remain current and reliable.

Key Responsibilities

Accurately and promptly transcribe clinical communications from case workers, managers and medical faculty into electronic patient files. Accurately and promptly transcribe medical MDT meeting outcomes into electronic patient files. Edit and proofread documents for clarity, grammar, and formatting. Organize and manage electronic files on Microsoft SharePoint. Collaborate with team members to ensure documentation is accurate and up-to-date. Utilise platforms like WhatsApp for real-time communication and Microsoft 365 (especially SharePoint, Teams, Excel, and Word) for documentation, reporting and collaboration. Communicate professionally via WhatsApp and email. Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially is essential, Skills and Experience Required Strong written English, including grammar, clarity, and professional tone Proofreading and editing skills to ensure documents are clear, consistent, and error‑free Proficiency in using WhatsApp and Microsoft 365 Familiarity with SharePoint is helpful but not essential Commitment 7 hours per week Application Process To apply, please submit your CV and a brief cover letter outlining your relevant skills and experience.
