Community Outreach Director
Savant Senior Living is seeking a Community Outreach Director to drive sales growth and establish relationships within the community. The role involves generating leads, coordinating move-ins, and maintaining a CRM database while spending significant time in the field marketing.
Responsibilities
- You will work individually supervised by highly driven outgoing team members
- Door to door will consist of traveling alone or with a team member to designated communities, nursing homes, skilled nursing and senior homes
- You will generate leads, make sales calls and meet sales targets
- You will visit 6-10 skilled nursing facilities, rehab centers, etc a day
- You will source and be responsible for resident move ins into our senior communities minimum of 8 a month, no cap and earn commissions per move in
- You will network with social workers, administrators and build relationships in your territory
- You will spend 90% of your time on the field marketing, coordinating move ins and building a network of relationships in your assigned territory
- Building and maintain company CRM database
- Administer day to day operations of the sales room at the community
