About the Role: HR Business Partner Manager We're seeking an experienced HR Business Partner Manager to support our Engineering organization remotely from within the United States. This role is pivotal in providing HR consultation, implementing corporate policies, and driving organizational and employee development initiatives. As a seasoned HR professional, you'll be the liaison between business leaders, employees, and various HR functional teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and strategic HR support. Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary HR Business Partner for the designated Engineering business unit, providing consultation on people matters and implementing HR policies.
  • Collaborate with business leaders on matters of business transformation, change management, organizational design, and talent management.
  • Analyze organizational health using key metrics data and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Drive company-wide HR programs, including Total Rewards, Performance Management, Employee Engagement Surveys, and Leadership Development activities.
  • Provide counsel and coaching to leadership, managing the overall business relationship and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Maintain close partnerships with business operations, Finance, and Talent Acquisition to ensure the realization of business objectives.
  • Travel regionally (< 10%) for business meetings as necessary.

Essential Qualifications and Skills: To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 8+ years of relevant professional experience in HR, preferably supporting Engineering organizations or those experiencing rapid growth.
  • A BA/BS or equivalent educational background.
  • Multi-national country support experience with VP-level internal customers.
  • Expertise in HR functional areas, including talent management, organizational development, and employee relations.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of business priorities, strategy, and direction.
  • Excellent listening, coaching, influencing, facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • The ability to diagnose organizational opportunities and leverage HR functional area support.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a remote-first or distributed team environment.
  • A background in cybersecurity or technology is a plus.
  • Certifications in HR-related fields (e.g., SHRM-CP, HRCI) are desirable.

Our compensation package for this role in the U.S. includes a base salary range of $105,000 - $160,000 per year, plus variable/incentive compensation, equity, and benefits. We determine salaries based on factors such as relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and location.
