Marketing - Associate Product Manager

BISCO is an internationally recognized manufacturer of medical devices for the dental industry, specializing in adhesive and composite technology. They are seeking an Associate Product Manager to oversee the development and implementation of product marketing strategies, manage product lifecycles, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new product development and launches.

Responsibilities

• Develop expertise in assigned product line/category
• Understand and share market composition, segmentation & trends
• Provide content for marketing materials, collateral, training, etc
• Support in the development of product training sessions for sales professionals or key leaders
• Develop and manage website content
• Manage assigned product line lifecycles
• Manage products’ lifecycles from launch to obsolescence
• Obtain and review customer input/feedback for marketing and new product management
• Develop pricing and marketing strategies
• Collaborate with the development team to design new product/s through a stage gate design process
• Responsibilities include design wish list, marketing and economic feasibilities, claims, packaging configurations, initiating label creation, pricing, forecasting, launch and execution strategy, etc
• Perform competitive analysis to determine product features, positioning, etc
• Attend tradeshows and meetings
• Perform other duties as assigned

Skills

• Bachelor's degree: Marketing or business preferred
• 0 to 3 years of work experience in marketing
• Technical aptitude with strong problem-solving skills
• Detail and goal-oriented with high standards for quality and performance
• Ability to effectively work with others to achieve common objectives
• Excellent verbal and written (formal & creative) communication skills
• Exceptional time management skills
• Proficient in MS Office Suite: Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams
• Experience with Propel, Loftware, and Power of BI a plus
