[Remote] AI Harness Engineer
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. PHT Staffing LLC is seeking an experienced AI Harness Engineer for a contract opportunity. The role requires strong expertise in AI harness engineering and workflow automation, along with extensive software engineering experience.
Responsibilities
- Must-Have Skills : AI, LLMs, Harness Engineering
- 8+ years of software engineering experience
- Strong experience in AI harness engineering and workflow automation
- Expertise in AI agents, tool orchestration, subagents, memory management, and guardrail design
- Strong Python and TypeScript development skills
- Hands-on experience with prompt engineering and context engineering
- Experience with LangChain, LiteLLM, Langfuse, and LangSmith
- Experience working with OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google APIs
- AWS cloud services experience
- Strong system design, API design, and architecture skills
- Experience integrating Salesforce and Databricks
- Experience deploying production-grade AI solutions
- Healthcare or other regulated industry experience preferred
