[Remote] Microsoft Azure Cloud Engineer - DevOps + Infrastructure
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Bennett Adelson Consulting is looking for an Azure Cloud Engineer to manage and optimize their Azure cloud infrastructure and services. The role involves designing, deploying, and managing Azure infrastructure, implementing Azure DevOps pipelines, and ensuring compliance and security through Azure policies.
Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and manage Azure infrastructure to meet business requirements
- Implement and maintain Azure DevOps pipelines for continuous integration and deployment
- Develop and enforce Azure policies for compliance and security
- Configure and maintain Azure Backup solutions to ensure data integrity and availability
- Collaborate with other IT professionals to troubleshoot and resolve Azure-related issues
- Monitor Azure resources and make recommendations for optimization and cost-efficiency
- Stay updated with the latest Azure technologies and best practices to ensure the organization's cloud environment remains cutting-edge
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field and 4 to 8 years of experience in the DevOps space
- Proven experience in managing Azure cloud environments and services
- Strong knowledge of Azure DevOps and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines
- Proficiency in Azure Infrastructure setup, configuration, and maintenance
- Experience with Azure Backup solutions and data protection strategies
- Familiarity with Azure Policy for governance and compliance
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Microsoft Azure certification(s) is a plus
