[Remote] Product Change Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Radiant Systems Inc is seeking a Product Change Manager (PCM) for Tate's Bake Shop, who will lead the coordination of product and packaging changes through effective project planning and execution. This role involves managing commercialization projects across a portfolio, ensuring timely delivery and alignment across various functions.
Responsibilities
- Manage assigned commercialization projects through the full project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and in compliance with quality and regulatory standards
- Lead the stage-gate process by coordinating cross-functional readiness, preparing governance documentation, and facilitating leadership decision-making at each gate
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and risk registers
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration, ensuring alignment of deliverables across R&D, Supply Chain, Sales, Quality, Marketing, and Regulatory
- Lead stage gate and status meetings and manage project communications to keep stakeholders informed and engaged
- Monitor and control project performance, proactively identifying and mitigating risks and issues
- Maintain project documentation and ensure data integrity
- Drive continuous improvement, identifying and implementing practical solutions to enhance project delivery
- Lead budget management, resource planning and utilization
Skills
- 2+ years' experience in project coordination, execution, or product commercialization within FMCG or related industries
- Bachelor`s degree in Business, Engineering, Food Science, or related field
- Foundational knowledge of project management processes and tools
- Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities and timelines
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
- PMP certificate is a plus
- MS Project knowledge is a plus
- An ownership mindset and proactive approach to solving problems

- Ability to recognize dependencies and interconnections across functional deliverables
