[Remote] Senior SAP S4 Finance Lead
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. 3Core Systems, Inc is seeking a Senior SAP S4 Finance Lead to manage the full finance scope while integrating across all S/4 areas. The role involves developing plans, monitoring progress, and ensuring execution across teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead the full finance scope while managing integration points across all S/4 areas
- Develop a comprehensive plan, monitor progress, and keep the team on schedule
- Ensure work is executed in a highly integrated manner across all teams
- Must have strong leadership skills and the ability to manage all consultants under the finance team
- Plan and manage team activities
- Create relevant solution component strategy and plan
- Estimate effort for ongoing and proposed work
- Provide direction in establishment of delivery and work product standards
- Allocate and manage team resources
- Prepare status updates
- Resolve workstream-level issues and escalate as required
- Provide guidance and advice for solution design
- Identify points of integration for overall design consideration
- Assist in evaluating complex solution design situations
