[Remote] Technical Project Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Centific is a frontier AI data foundry that empowers clients with scalable AI deployment. They are seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead onsite data collection projects, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure project quality throughout the lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Lead the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure for AI/ML, data collection, and software development projects
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with internal stakeholders and clients
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations
- Drive E2E QA plans, coordinating with engineering, data science, QAs, and operations teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and ensure adherence to Agile best practices
- Communicate project status, milestones, and risks to internal leadership and external clients
- Ensure compliance with Centific’s data security, privacy, and quality standards
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field
- Minimum 6 years of experience in technical project management, with at least 3 years in AI, data, or software development environments
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management frameworks (PMBOK, PRINCE2)
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or Asana
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
- PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification is a strong plus
- Master's degree
